Do you only install Ubiquiti products?
We specialize in the UniFi ecosystem because it gives our clients enterprise-level performance, security, and centralized management. In some cases we'll recommend complementary hardware, but UniFi is the backbone of every network we build.
What is Starlink failover and do I need it?
It's a backup internet connection that automatically kicks in if your primary internet goes down — common during Florida storms. Highly recommended for businesses and any home with security systems, remote work, or smart home devices that need to stay online.
Can you upgrade my existing network instead of starting over?
Often, yes. We'll evaluate what you have and tell you honestly whether it's worth building on or replacing.
Do you offer ongoing support, or just installation?
Both. Most clients choose one of our maintenance plans so their network stays updated, secure, and monitored long-term.
How long does a typical installation take?
Depends on scope — a residential WiFi upgrade might take a day; a full commercial build-out with structured cabling can take one to two weeks. We'll give you a timeline during your consultation.
